Trained uniquely
Our team members are trained specifically for Talent Movement and Response Teams — not reassigned from general guard work. Teams train together so they deploy together.
Two layers of certification
Aumaga Certified
Every team member completes Aumaga’s own certification for Talent Movement and Response — built on de-escalation, control, and accountability.
GST-Certified Instruction
Core instruction is delivered by GST-certified instructors, and standards are continuously reinforced between deployments.
Licensed
Guard, exposed firearm, and concealed carry licensing available, with company licensing in California and Texas and Washington licensing on file.
What every Aumaga team member trains on

- De-escalation & control
- Professional conduct & diplomacy
- Protective mobility & transportation
- Advance work & site security

Two ways to serve
Aumaga team members
Trained through Aumaga certification and GST-certified instruction, team members deploy on Talent Movement and Response Teams as units of 1 to 12.
Safety Ambassadors
Safety Ambassadors perform non-security-related tasks in support of the Aumaga team and the venues we serve.
