Weather Response and Guest Safety

Aumaga’s team immediately supported venue personnel in directing attendees away from exposed areas and assisting with relocation to designated shelter locations until conditions permitted the festival to resume.
The response demonstrated the value of coordinated communication, teamwork, and preparedness during changing conditions.

Seamless Festival Operations
Day 2 proceeded smoothly, with no reported security-related incidents.
Our Aumaga team members continued supporting talent movement, restricted-area security, and response readiness while working collaboratively with festival management and fellow security providers.
Beyond our operational responsibilities, the team had the opportunity to experience performances by talented emerging artists and bands. Festival attendees were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and respectful toward our personnel, contributing to an enjoyable working environment.
The pleasant weather and cool breezes also provided welcome relief during extended shifts involving significant walking and standing. Our team arrived equipped with appropriate footwear, comfortable uniforms, and weather-ready clothing to maintain performance throughout the assignment.
