Donny Faaliliu

Director of Ops

Donny Faaliliu is the Director of Operations and has 20 years of experience in the security industry. He is responsible to spearhead and maintain security protocols, procedures, and policies to ensure we have a comprehensive security team to effectively cope with security issues. He serves as a liaison with local law enforcement, client representatives, talent team security, outside agencies, and all other stake holders. He also ensures to lead and develop team members to carry out job duties, emergency preparedness planning, and responses are in place and effective.

Outside of the security industry, Mr. Faaliliu serves as the Senior Vice President of Leadership and Community Outreach with the After-School All-Stars, Los Angeles (ASAS-LA) and has worked with this amazing organization for 18 years. He works closely with school districts, business community, community partners, city and state agencies, and elected officials to expand the scope and influence of the program in neighborhoods throughout Los Angeles County. He serves as a board member on the California Afterschool Advocacy Alliance (CA3), California High School/ASSETs Collaboration, ASAS-LA Inspired Stars Council, Steering Committee Member for United Way HomeWalk of Los Angeles, WE Schools Ambassador Council, and California Teens Advocating for Civic Action (TACA).

In his community involvement, Mr. Faaliliu is a Board Member for the Tongan American Youth Foundation, has served as a Board Member of the Pacific Islander Health Partnership, Board Member of Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander Alliance, also the Co-Chair and Board Member of I-Vote (Islanders Vote), has served as the Co-Chair and Board Member of the Community Civic Engagement Board in the City of Carson, California, Troop leader for the Boy Scouts of America, Mentor/Guest Speaker Program for The National Pacific Islander Education Network (NPIEN), and is active in serving youth in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Mr. Faaliliu holds a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Hawaii, Manoa.
He also holds a Masters of Science in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT) from The University of Phoenix- Gardena Campus.
