AUMAGA
Donny brings 20 years of experience in the security industry. He spearheads and maintains Aumaga’s security protocols, procedures, and policies so the team can effectively handle any security issue.
He serves as liaison with local law enforcement, client representatives, talent security teams, outside agencies, and other stakeholders; leads and develops team members; and ensures job duties, emergency-preparedness planning, and response procedures are in place and effective.
Outside security, he is Senior Vice President of Leadership and Community Outreach with After-School All-Stars, Los Angeles (ASAS-LA), where he has worked for 18 years — partnering with school districts, businesses, community partners, city and state agencies, and elected officials across Los Angeles County.
